Reading Success Lab provides computer-based software for diagnostic assessment of reading difficulties, intervention exercises for improving reading skills, and reassessment tests to measure improvement.

Background: James Royer, Ph.D., Director of the Laboratory for the Assessment and Training of Academic Skills (LATAS), of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and software developer Jeremy Wise, Ph.D. formed Educational Help, Inc. and developed the Cognitive Aptitude Assessment Software (CAAS).  They first released it as CAAS for Researchers and recently have developed versions of the program that are designed to meets the needs of teachers in schools and parents at home.  The goal is to empower parents, educators and researchers in the assessment and treatment of reading difficulties.
